Everyone is very nice and friendly. Place is very clean. Nice big lot but not a level spot in lot. Used app to set up getting a tire for noon. Got there at 1100. Called me at 0600 next morning. I did not stay for rhat reason, but I was still there so I went in. They don't know the difference between 22.5 and 24 5; didn't have right size eventough they physically checked day prior. (Wrong size to start with.) Will not be back unless it's an emergency. Would advise same to everyone else. The people at this shop have ZERO consideration for customer service. It's a joke!

Showed up right before 11 AM for a DOT inspection…. Did not get the inspection done until second shift came in and they were super busy ! Truck was not done until after 5 PM. On a sidenote, Tony was super helpful and professional and I do thank him for his hard work. ✌🏼

Coming here was a huge mistake. I paid 5,000 dollars, but problems have cropped up with everything they repaired. They fitted a new coolant reservoir and thermostat. But it’s leaking fluid. They fitted four tyres and loads of parts, but my truck can’t even drive on a straight road now. Now I have to spend another 5,000 dollars and go to another mechanic for the same problems. Their work is absolutely dreadful. 5,000 dollars, 3 days, and a whole host of unresolved issues. At least my truck used to drive straight. Now I can’t even drive straight. Note: just the wheel alignment took 11 hours, but they didn’t even fix the steering. I came here with a coolant reservoir problem.

Amanda and her crew always get me taken care of. Honest reliable and fair. First trip i got 6 wheel seals and shocks replaced on my trailer. Then I took a load up here from Corpus Christi just so i can get a pm done on the truck and trailer. Ended up needing a wheel seal and carrier bearing on tractor. They got it done right. My rear axle passenger side axle brakes caught fire, and they got that straight to. Hands down one of the best service shops ive been to at a major. Usually not a bad wait time either.

Amanda and her crew were awesome, dont let the bad reviews make you not come here. They run an efficient shop, if you're coming for light/medium work definitely stop by only if you have a good attitude. I got my fifth wheel cleaned and greased, 10/10 experience. Quick turn around and fair priving as well. I worked with Justin, Dakota, and Amanda Nonetheless the whole shop was friendly
